These Terms of Service apply when you use omvereo.com. The website is operated by Chongqing Shenghuiju Trading Co., Ltd., trading as Omvereo. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean that company.
Chongqing Shenghuiju Trading Co., Ltd. is the seller responsible for purchases made through omvereo.com.
Purchases are also subject to our Terms of Purchase, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Using the Store
You must have the legal capacity or appropriate authorization to make a purchase. Provide complete and accurate information when ordering or contacting us.
Do not use this website for fraud, unlawful conduct, unauthorized access, malicious software, infringement of another person’s rights, or disruption of the store’s operation.
Accounts and Security
Keep your account credentials confidential and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, or serious misuse. Any restriction does not cancel valid refund claims or other accrued consumer rights.
Product and Website Information
We take reasonable care to present accurate prices, descriptions, and availability. We may correct errors or update information.
If a material error affects an existing order, we will explain the issue and offer an appropriate resolution. We will not increase the agreed price or substitute materially different goods without your consent.
Screen settings may affect how colors appear. This does not excuse goods that differ materially from their description or remove applicable consumer guarantees.
Orders, Payment, and Delivery
Review the product details, selected options, quantity, delivery address, shipping charge, and order total before submitting payment.
Available payment methods and the transaction currency are displayed at checkout.
Orders ship from China. Normal processing takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated standard transit to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia is 7–15 business days after dispatch, giving an estimated total of 8–18 business days.
Shipping availability remains subject to carrier coverage and checkout availability. Other destinations are supported only when checkout accepts the address and a delivery estimate is provided before payment.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Our Shipping Policy provides further information about tracking, import charges, delays, and delivery problems.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Our voluntary return policy permits eligible change-of-mind return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery.
The return warehouse is in China. Customers normally pay direct return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We cover reasonable and necessary return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed goods.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and assessment of returned goods, or after approval if no return is required. Shorter mandatory legal deadlines take priority.
If cancellation is accepted before dispatch, the canceled order is refunded without a cancellation fee. No restocking fee applies.

Intellectual Property
The website’s branding, text, images, and other materials are owned by us or their respective rights holders.
You may use the website for personal shopping. Other reproduction or commercial use requires permission unless allowed by law.
Reviews and Submissions
Only submit material you are entitled to share. Submissions must not be unlawful, misleading, or infringe another person’s rights.
When you submit material for publication, you permit us to display it in connection with the store and its products, subject to applicable privacy law and any terms provided when you submit it. You retain ownership of your material.

Their involvement does not remove our obligations as the seller or other responsibilities imposed by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury where applicable, defective goods, or breach of mandatory consumer protections.
Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, subject to mandatory consumer rights and protections applicable in your country of residence.
This clause does not deprive you of any protection or access to courts available under mandatory law.
Please contact service@omvereo.com about a dispute so we can try to resolve it. You remain free to contact a competent court, regulator, or other legally available dispute resolution body.
Updates
Revisions apply prospectively from the date stated above.
We will not use a later version to reduce rights relating to an earlier purchase unless required by law or separately agreed. Material changes will be communicated where required.
